What a great weekend - the weather has been wonderful - no rain, no wind, no cold.
AND a fabric dyeing workshop AS WELL!!! The results were the colours of the rainbow and a few shades in between. Amazingly, the fabric has completed the whole process and it folded up and ready for use in a new project/s which is yet to be revealed....er, and idea unkown at the present time

Annnnnd we have some roof! At times the building appears to be so slow, and THEN the roof appears. It IS happening. The weather has been plaing games and as much as we want to see it up and running, I feel happier when there isn't anyone balancing on the roof beams while it is drizzling.
I have been stitching some of my Journey of a Quilter, but no completed block that I can show, as yet. Now getting serious choosing all the internal colours etc. That doesn't happen overnight, but it will happen.

The next stage of our new home....the roof trusses are up! Colourbond for the roof - not tiles cos we want to be able to hear the raindrops - has been ordered. The flowers in the front look good...it is great to see something growing....ok, so they might only be sour sobs - a weed - but they sure look bright and cheery!
